Bell Jar Vacuum Chamber System (Cold Plate)

    Greetings, I am student struggling to figure out the Q value for a heat device known as a Cold Plate. The Cold Plate will have Liquid Nitrogen running through the copper tubes which 3/8″ and the temp of LN is -320 F. I believe that coming out of the outlet is 75 F which i presume is ambient temperature. So far i have been unable to find the Q value and the only equation I have is Q=UA(delta)Tm

    where U = Overall Heat Transfer Coefficient
    A = Total Cold Side Heat Transfer Area
    Tm = Log mean Temperature Difference
